"I have been a patient with Dr. Friedman for about 15 years and have absolutely no complaints regarding the care and personal relationships I have developed with the doctors and dental hygienists. They are amazing in regards to dentistry. However, after having to speak with one of the receptionist, Jane, she was extremely rude and came off as if I was inconveniencing her. I am offended that she was not as helpful as I would have wished but also had a poor attitude. I have been a long time patient and the question that I called about what an error on their behalf that has not been handled accordingly and it is now becoming a burden. I will continue to be a loyal customer, as Dr. Friedman has been the family dentist for my entire life, but I am extremely disappointed in the phone interaction I had with Jane."
